Reservation
Refunds are honoured 14 days prior to arrival date for campsite reservations, and 30 days prior to arrival date for rentals, less a $20.00 handling fee.

All rentals and campsites are based on a family, two adults and your children under the age of 18. We do permit up to two extra adults for a fee. Four adults is the maximum for all sites and rentals
Camping sites are a 2-night minimum stay on weekends. There is a 3 night minimum
stay for all Holiday weekends.
Hotel Lodging are a 2-night minimum stay on weekdays & weekends, except Holiday
weekends are 3 night minimum. Please note the camping rate local tax is 5.5%.
Check-In & Check-Out
Campsite Check-in: 2 pm & Check-out by 11 am
For the courtesy of our guests, please arrive by 9 pm.
Quiet Hours: 11 pm-8 am

Overnight sites include sewer, water and electric (30/50 Amp).
Rate Policy
Advanced Reservations are requested and must be paid in FULL at the time of booking
by a Visa, MasterCard or Discover. If paying by Check it must be received within 5
business days of making the reservation. RESERVATIONS ARE NON-
REFUNDABLE. We cannot be held responsible for weather and will not give refunds
due to discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine!
Overnight Reservation Amenities
All overnight sites are level, paved sites and include water sewer, electric, WIFI, access
to our shower house. You will want to visit Off Shore Bar & Grill, a full service bar and
restaurant. Invite your friends to stay at Off Shore Inn and Suites so you can all enjoy
spending a weekend together. A paved bike path begins at Off Shore Resort and leads
to scenic downtown Bellevue, a short two-mile ride. Off Shore Resort and Bellevue Iowa
are both located on the shores of the Mighty Mississippi River. Our aquatics center will
be under construction in 2021, but portions of it may be open for use later in the
summer.
Additional Charges
Rates are based on up to a total of 5 adults (>21) or 2 adults & 3 children under the age
of 18, & ONE car per site. Additional guests wishing to use our facilities must pay the
appropriate Day Pass charge, per day of use. Stop at the Clubhouse to get their
wristband. Any additional cars are a $5 fee, per stay.
Day Passes
Day Passes are available to non-campers and campers with guests exceeding the site
limit.

Pets
Upon Check-in present your pet(s) tags for verification of vaccination. Make sure your
Pet has FUN. If they do not like being on a leash or around a lot of other humans, or like
to bark, then they may not enjoy our resort. Pets must be on a leash at ALL times
outside of your camping unit, quiet & never left unattended. Pet owners MUST pick up
after their pet, including at your campsite. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in any building,
rental unit, pool, pond, beach, or playground. We do not allow Pitbulls or Rottweilers
due to insurance. Only 2 pets are allowed, dog or cat.
Carts
Golf Carts are available to rent at a cost of:

Golf Carts can only be rented by Adults over 21 with a Driver’s License. Carts must be
driven by licensed drivers only. Weekend guests are not allowed to bring in personal
Golf Carts.
